Toronto’s real estate boom started with the never ending building of condos and from the beginning Reza has been there. Definitely not new to the real estate business, Reza has been a full time active agent for almost 15 years. His specialization is in downtown and central Toronto and continues to be a top seller for homes and condos.  Reza has successfully proven his way as being one of the Top agent’s in Toronto and being among the top 3% worldwide for sales in real estate.

Throughout the years, Reza has won numerous awards for his performance and customer satisfaction ratings and continues to achieve the President elite for the last five years for sales transactions totaling more that 25 million per year.

Reza has also taken pride in his profession by completing his broker designation to make sure his knowledge and skills are second to none. He strives for customer satisfaction and puts his clients as top priority.  

Reza is also the president of Southcan Investments, a real estate and asset management company. His extensive knowledge about the real estate business as a whole including residential & investment properties, strategic planning and financing strategies, has made Southcan Investments a highly profitable company.
